good idea? or BAD idea?

I don't like the idea just out of pure bitterness that I don't have one and I'm another person who thinks the rich shouldn't have an advantage

BUT

I can also see pretty clearly that the makers of SilkRoad worked really really hard one something very hard to work on for FREE. How selfish is it of me to say they shouldn't make a way for themselves to get alittle reimbursment for their hard work? And think it through, if they're making money, they have WAY more motivation to work harder and give even us stingy players things such as the guild storage and further pets.

In all fairness, I don't think it's a good or bad idea, it's a smart business move. Your put no lower for not buying, and why should you pay to get no advantage? The time the GMs put into this game is time they could be spending at work, but they don't. They make our free time better.

It's just a simple question people.
And there is so much heat going back-n-forth.

But consider, that person spent $$ on their computer (we all did). The very first time you turned on your computer you paid for pixels. Then you connected to the internet, why? To see more pixels. Was that free? Of course not.

The idea of paying to buy a level up scroll, I guess some people will like it and others will hate it. Personally it doesn't matter to me but I do enjoy watching the conflict this topic generates.

Also and as an afterthought there are only a couple types bots - gold bots and leveling bots, if one could buy levelups (or earn them?) it might help to put some botters outta business and clear up the game so I could get more pixels for my money, yes?
