no str can survive a zerked nuke BUT int can't survive a critical form a glavier & can't survive KD & stab if one of them is critical from blade
& can't survive a critical with bow followed by combo or any other skill
so in pvp str > int???

Yeah, you're right, but there are some things you have to remember:
1. Stuff (a Nuker with really nice stuff can pwn a pure str much easier and vice versa)
2. Lvl (i know this is clear, but this is important. for example a lvl 42 will have an easy play vs. a lvl 41, because he's into the next degree. lvl 42 and 43 is less impact | and this is the same way with skills )
3. The skills (full skilled chars are better in each way. More damage, more defense etc.)
I still think:
Pure Str > Pure Int
If both parties have same lvl, stuf etc.

NO.
Pure INT can do exceptionally well in PvP.
The same with INT hybrid spears. They are one of the best builds around, both in PvP and PvE.
If you play your INT like a dumbs**t and lose, you go like:
"OMG!!! INT sux at pvp!!! let's build farking pure STR glaives. They pwn!"
Playing an INT build requires good tactics, not just spamming Soul spear + ghost spear until crit (with a glaive), or spamming KD + stab until crit (with a blade).

Yes pure str is better than pure int, period.
Pure int is way too sp farm/gear dependant. It's not that people are playing a int build wrong, it's the fact that pure int just plain sucks.
Pure str glavie is the best build in the game. tiglari51 your not even lvl 80 in the game, get there first then you will know.
Pure str glavie(20k hp@lvl80) > any build.

@vortex: pure STR glaive is NOT the best build. In fact, there is no best build you dumbshit. It's all gear dependeant.
In fact, I am lv 78, so i'm not far. Shut up.
I can see that you're not even close to being capped. A full STR glaive has 17k HP at lv 80 naked, NOT 20-21k. With good gear, a glaive does indeed hit 20k HP, but pure INT can hit almost 10k with the right gear. Not to mention hybrids with 12k HP, 16k MP.
I'm not saying pure INT/hybrid INT is the best, i'm just stating, pure STR glaive is not the best build either.

Dumbass, read my post more carefully. Why is a pure str also one of the gear dependable when you have tons of HP? Get your facts right will you.
I'm lvl 80 in the game and did much PVP with pure int s/s. I have all my gear +5 pimped with a +7 glavie, the pure int has equal gear and a +7 sword yet I never lose. It's true a pure int can hit 8-9 k, but that still doesn't take my HP to 3/4.. why?because of the bigger pots and because of knock-back and stun. No pure int can stand a stance to me, unless they have a sosun sword. The lack of HP is why a pure int sucks in the game.

lol i thought like that when i was pwned by a str glaiver at 30 or 32 i thk
if u hv a godly SOX weapon at 64, u can afford to go hybrid so GEAR is most important and its VERY hard to find 2 ppl wif exactly same lvl, same gears, same lvl of skills, same etc.

did u notice that the pure int had some crits and knockdown serieses before he actually killed something? it's easy to survive and kill that way. And did you as well notice that the opponents didn't do many crits? especially the glavie-dude...
I don't want to say that pure int sucks, but I, for myself, would prefer at least a Hybrid, to have at least a bit more HP.
And if you are right about the sosun set, I want to add: Most players can go nutz with superior Gear... thats not a question of skill, build or anything else, but a question of mathematics... 2>1 ^^

actually really and truely comes down to gear and how good the player is in pvp. but yea im str adn i can survive a nuker, however s/s nukers can give me a hard time especially if they have farmed weapon skills, but all in all i say pvp = str, guild wars = int no doubt about it
