Yes you can DL the game Yes you can make it english Yes there are bots but no goldbots like isro only playerbots who bot to pwrlvl ppl like you

lmao usually it's minimum for 200k per hour and it's really slow by a poorly farmed chinese at penons
400k per hour is for a fully farmed lv90 wizard at penons

I went back to the old server and started farming them to lvl 91-100
I'll wait couple of days/weeks and then start to get pl again
