Well lvling got slow, so it was the first time I decided to get a plvl ... I found a lvl90 chinese who plvled for one hour for 25W, and he just started. I walked on the ice and I applied a trade, and I gave him 25W. After that he went from person to person to collect money, and ... he also exchanged me again! Apparently he 'forgot' I paid him, and after some tries he banned me from party. After that I stalked him for 15 minutes telling him (in English -.-) that I paid him and that I either want my money back or 1 hour of lvling. Of course, he never gave back my money and he never gave me a 1 hour plvl...
How to deal with this? Does this mean you are 100% dependent on the person who gives a plvl, and that when he decided to go evil on you, you cant do anything to get your money back? There is this report function so that you can send a report to a GM but I doubt it will do any good in this kind of situation :S
You always have to trust the person who plvls you, that's the downside for plvling by random people. And a GM can't help you, being a jerk isn't a violation of the TOS. Better luck next time I guess :/
