What is the best server with a good amount of English speakers and is willing to recruit a noob that is lvl 1 lol... for academy/guild and pwerlvl
pleas post an image or so, of your server.. cuhz i cant read chinese sh1t :oops:

Wrong section. This should of been in the Questions and Answers section, now I'm not saying go post this again over there. Just make sure you start submitting you're topics in the correct section. Anyways come on man, try hand-grinding to level 30+ then look for a guild and forget powerleveling. As for the division, division 2 mostly has more English players.
