Thats the whole idea of the CID in the guide posts. It is a number that proves you are over 18 and you are allowed to play nonstop.

people under 18 should only play no more than 3 hours for studying or social life instead of having no life

too bad most people under 18 abuse the system by making fake birthdates just like on porn sites lol

That rule is kinda dumb, but it might help kids from becoming sro geeks ;D

If you enter a CID that is age 18+ the limitations are disabled but if you have a CID that is lower than age 17 then you will have the limits.
