Which server on csro div1 is the youngest one?

what if i say i've never reached lvl 50 and i'm playing for fun?

if i wanted to get high lvl i'd buy one rather than waste precious time getting powerlvled

so noone knows? i'm sure they have some info about servers on their main site but i can't read chinese.
