There is a Vietnamese version of SRO availiable here: http://www.conduongtolua.com.vn/?RootID=6
Apparently there are english speaking players on the game b/c they have a section on the website about who made cap first. Most of those names are english. Will someone check this out?

It looks good, looks like the same version as of all the other SRO's. I don't know if they IP Block/Ban though. I would doubt it is even popular, try it.
