that server sounds boring everyone running around with +13? and DB7 prolly killing everyone with sun+255 just to show off prolly, but i hope the ppl who join it have fun and make less traffic on ecsro pls  btw anyone who hacks another game and possibbly there database which can spoil other ppls fun doesnt get my vote

db7 says higher skill cap and higher lvl cap but i dunno how much
i'm not gonna play on it i think, full botters with full +10 gear or so if you see the alchemy rates

DB7 used to a a bot central then they got lost in drama and a load of BS now they're making private servers, anything they touch is likely to be full of fail so i wouldn't recommended putting any eggs in this basket.
