No, that's LoL.

And LoL isn't created by the current updater of DotA, Icefrog. Its mainly in the works by Pendragon and Guinsoo (the old updater of DotA), which was the reason for the split between them and Icefrog.

So LoL is in no way associated anymore with DotA... except for the fact that its almost a carbon copy of the game. Talk about unoriginality.

Just played it a few minutes ago, LoL is terrible nothing even close to be as good as DotA or Heroes of Newerth.
