					| Can't confirm if this is real or if this was only an early concept, but the idea of having your quarter of the screen on the controller is interesting. _________________

					| It does look intresting, defently something Nintendowould do.
Also if they can make a console which helps them to gain the more
"hardcore" gamers market then it would be complete domination
for them in terms of the gaming industry (casual = Wii, handheld
=3DS, hardcore= cafe) Which is all subjective as we still have
to see what happens when the PSP2 comes out and even if
 this project cafe is real.

They are trying to develop new ways of enjoying a game which is why i've always liked nintendo._________________

					| Looks a bit like a NGC controller with the screen jammed into it. I doubt it's real. _________________

					| 1080p on the controller? Doubtful. There was a supposedly leaked developer version of the console which looked.. uhh.. I don't want to say like a black wii, but similar. _________________

i admit that a screen on the controler is strange. The specs for this new console will put it
just a bit above the 360 (all rummors as of yet so not reliable information)

 EDIT

so this will be a console for enjoying games (maybe a 3D console with motion contol?!) with
beefier specs. so if you were to give the current consoles a rating out of 5, 360=4.0 where
 as the cafe=4.2

As said before its all rummor and misdirection...just have to wait until E3 to know

And let's not forget how much Sony & Microsoft laughed at the Motion technology Nintendo introduced. Few years later we have PS3 Move & XBOX Kinect (worst name ever?) Both claiming to have far superior Motion technology (if u bring something out a few years later, u'd expect it to have better technology...), now all they need is a few decent games to go with that tech... Nintendo = Innovation sony & microsoft = copy pasta

					| I hope that screen will be a capacitive touchscreen. It will be an added bonus to enhanced gameplay. Though one thing I'm afraid of is this cost of a controller :/ 1080 resolution!? thats hella crazy. I could settle with 800x480 or something of the sort _________________

					| I have no idea where you guys are getting 1080p on the controller. It says it takes a 1080p image and puts each person's quarter onto the controller.
It doesn't specify the resolution of each screen. It could very well be 1080p/4.

					| -$350-$400 likely -Late October, early November 2011 release -revamped version of AMD's R700 GPU -Will outperform both current consoles by a long shot -triple core -1080p output with the potential for stereoscopic 3D -Gamecube and Wii games get the 1080p upscale along with AA -the overall size will be comparable to that of the original Xbox 360 -the system is likely to resemble a modernized version of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System -may be named Stream -controllers are Gamecube controllers with HD touchscreens in the middle _________________

					| Nintendo confirms E3 demo for Wii2 Quote: Official confirmation from Japan
It's been the rumour mill's most discussed tech topic as of late, and now it's official - Nintendo will be showing off a playable version of the Wii successor, dubbed Project Cafe, at the E3 games expo in LA in June.
No other details were given by the Japanese game giant in a memo released on 25 April (with not even a hint as to whether the system will be called the Wii 2 or something entirely new) other than to say that it won't be hitting the shops until next year, despite its mid-2011 demo.
Rumours last week suggested that the next-gen Nintendo will be boasting a pretty impressive tech spec including a 6.2-inch touting touchscreen controller. It should also come packing a modified AMD R700 architecture GPU, with a custom-designed triple-core version of the IBM PowerPC chipset for its processing power.
There's also talk of 1080p playback, possible Stereoscopic 3D, and it may have the form factor of a futuristic looking SNES.
Excited? We certainly are. Roll on E3......
