Let say you have a girlfriend that you really do love and would give up your immortality forever for her. you get married you will outlive her... your children..your great great great great children..... You will see everyone you love and adore pass away. And getting remarried to another girl and just aving more kids is just wrong.. If yuo can do it then you have a weird personality. yeah maybe 2 wifes but after that... You would just be tired of falling in "love' all over again and losing the, wouldn't you think?

Mistakes would haunt you forever
People would get suspicious and want to do tests on you.

I'd take it though. Immortality? Hell yeah.

Would immortality help you realise the futility of life? Innately all good things in life will come to an end, be it love, a nice steak, whatever. but if you know you have forever to live, would you not pick out certain things and learn to enjoy them and have those entertain you for eternity? Forever is a long time to learn and do new things.

yes,but everytime a friend of mine dies,i'd ask to a doctor or to someone whos able to delete from my mind all i remember of that person,and

I believe you wouldn't be so dumb to let yourself get that emotionally connected.. since you will live forever you will have countless opportunities for that...basically hedonism to the extreme. Until you eventually get bored of it and go emo.

I'd think if some magical force can keep you from dieing it can also keep you from sustaining otherwise fatal injury. So my immortality would make it so i seriously can't be injured.

cuz seeing ALL the people around die and leaving you one by one just breaks my heart.
